The Metsovitiko Hydroelectric Project with a capacity of 2X14.5 MW is being constructed on the homonymous river in the Prefecture of Ioannina, in an area that extends from the exit of the Aoos Springs Escape Tunnel to the Meteoritic River, up to about 5 km downstream.
